Code of Conduct

As host and/or organizer of this event, WoodForSheep Hobbies Ltd. and its designated staff (as identified by badges or uniforms, or introduced at the beginning) aims to provide an environment that is:
- Fun
- Safe
- Inclusive
- Fair and legal (for sessions such as a game tournament or following as per any specific game system)
All participants (including staff, special guests, volunteers and attendees) are expected to:
- Exercise behaviour that contributes to the desired environment as per above
- Be courteous and civil to all other participants
- Respect and accept decisions and judgement regarding game-related rules/outcomes as made by staff, special guests and/or volunteers (as per a tournament organizer or game facilitator)
Actions and behaviour that will not be tolerated include (but will not be limited to):
- Excessive vulgar, sexual, or overly mature language and themes.
- Any and all illegal behaviour (such as theft and any forms of assault)
- Any and all forms of harassment (including but not limited to verbal, physical and digital)
What is Harassment?*
- Harassment is a form of discrimination. It includes any unwanted physical or verbal behaviour that offends or humiliates you. Generally, harassment is a behaviour that persists over time. Serious one-time incidents can also sometimes be considered harassment.
- Harassment occurs when someone makes unwelcome remarks or jokes about your race, religion, sex, age, disability or any other of the grounds of discrimination; threatens or intimidates you because of your race, religion, sex, age, disability or any other of the grounds of discrimination; makes unwelcome physical contact with you, such as touching, patting, or pinching.

What to do:
- Participants who feel unsafe, harassed and/or offended should notify staff immediately.
- Staff will notify those responsible for disruptive behaviour and request for compliance and behaviour adjustment considerate of other attendees.
- For incidents of harrassment and/or illegal behaviour, staff will dismiss offensive participants from the event location immediately.
- Local authorities will be contacted and reported to where deemed necessary by staff.
