Game Associate

Description:

WoodForSheep is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible individual to add to our fantastic team. Attend to our guests, share your product knowledge and recommend the best options towards a fun and positive gaming experience. Be able to promptly resolve complaints and develop excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent services
• Welcome guests to the centre and answer their queries
• Be knowledgeable about our product catalogue
• Process online and POS (point of sale) purchases
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Coordinate in-person events
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Housekeeping and other duties as needed

Knowledge and Skills:

• High school diploma
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to prioritize tasks and projects
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with various tabletop games an asset
