Board Game League
Join the WoodForSheep Board Game League!
Play games. Have fun. Win prizes.
Each month, participants can play two featured games during League nights at our Markham Game Centre, and accumulate League Points (LP). Prizes will be awarded to a monthly winner and overall league winner.
Update: Unfortunately, the organizers of Unrivaled have cancelled the 2018 edition.

How do I join? Who can play?
Participation is open to any interested player. There is no additional cost to play besides the standard sitting fees per League Night (guest: $5/ flock member: $4).
How long will the league run?
League will run for 3 consecutive months.
League Nights
- Sunday, 8PM to 1AM
- Wednesday, 8PM to 12AM
- Friday, 8PM to 1AM
Why 8PM start?
Players who are not familiar with the game can learn and try prior to playing an 'official' game. Though, if there are enough available players earlier that want to play an 'official' game, at WoodForSheep staff discretion, 'official' games may be started earlier.
Official Game
- Minimum 3 players
- Maximum 3 plays per game per night per person
- Maximum 2 plays per game per night per person against the same opponent
- LP awarded based on finish:
- Winner: 5 points
- 2nd Place: 3 points
- All other participants: 1 point
- If still tied (after in-game tie-breakers), all winners will be awarded 5 points, no 2nd place winner will be awarded. If no unique 2nd place winner, no 2nd place winner will be awarded.
Winners & Prizes
- Monthly Winner will be awarded to the participant with the most LP within the month
- Monthly Winner prize - will be announced prior to the month commencing
- Overall League Winner will awarded to the participant with the most LP during the league duration
- Overall League Winner prize - one copy of a featured game during the league duration
