Anime North 2014

Anime North is an anime convention located in Toronto, Canada that celebrates anime, manga, music, games and all other forms of Japanese Culture! Anime North will be the weekend of May 23 - 25, 2014 at the Toronto Congress Centre and International Plaza Hotel.
WoodForSheep is pleased to announce our participation at this year's convention. Throughout the weekend event, we will be sharing various tabletop games with a distinct Japanese flair - be it art, theme, design, etc. These include (but are not limited to):
- Tanto Cuore - You are the master of the house. Recruit the right mix of maids to lead you to victory.
- Hanabi - A fireworks show is about to begin, but everything is mixed up. Work as a team to get the show back on track.
- Takenoko - Farm and care for the emperor's newest gift, a giant panda!
- Shadow Hunters - Hunt down the shadows, eliminate the hunters or achieve victory with your own agenda.
We will also be running Krosmaster Arena tournaments - Saturday, May 24 at 7PM OR Sunday, May 25 at 1PM. These will be 2 vs 2 draft matches, with provided figures (base game and a few expansion packs). To participate, please register with us onsite. Space is limited.
Order pick-up! Attending the event, and would like to pick-up your WoodForSheep order there? No problem! Please submit your order by 1:00AM for the day you want to pick-up (ie attending Sunday, May 25 - submit order by 1:00AM Sunday).

Tabletop Day 2014

International TableTop Day is a reminder to spend more time and strengthen the bonds with the people who matter most, our friends and family, by playing games together. Tabletop gaming promotes many positive social and cognitive benefits like increased communication, team work, planning, and is an excellent stress relieving activity for all ages.

Holiday Schedule - December 2012

WoodForSheep will be closed on the following days:
- December 14, 2012 - early Christmas celebration
- December 24-25, 2012 - Christmas
- January 1, 2013 - New Years (and inventory day)
Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next available day. Note that Canada Post is also closed on December 26; shipped orders will go out December 27.
There will be no pick-up available on December 15 as we will be at the Geekish Holiday event. If you plan to attend and would like us to have you order available at the event, please put in your order by December 15 @ 1AM.
November 17 - TABSCon

WoodForSheep will be at TABSCon (more details), which runs from 9AM to 9PM on Saturday, November 17, 2012. There will be no pick-ups arranged in Markham/Stouffville for that day. Orders placed will be processed upon our return and pick-up arrangements will be made in the following week.
If you are planning to attend TABSCon and would like to place an order, we can arrange for pick-up there. Orders must be entered by Friday, November 16 @ 10:00PM.
